QLOCKTWO and BMW are transforming the experience of time in their vehicles. Following its successful launch in 2022, QLOCKTWO and BMW are expanding their collaboration by presenting a completely redesigned digital QLOCKTWO EARTH. It is now an integral part of the infotainment system in cars with operating systems 8.5 and 9.0.
A new sense of time
Like its iconic predecessor, the digital version of QLOCKTWO EARTH displays the time in five-minute increments on a word matrix. While the colour of the digital QLOCKTWO EARTH dynamically adapts to the driving mode, the language corresponds to the vehicle’s set system language, offering an alternative time experience to traditional clocks in BMWs. From July 2024, the digital QLOCKTWO EARTH will be available in the BMW 7 Series, iX, i4, X5, X6 and X7 with the BMW operating system 8.5. This will be followed in November 2024 by the BMW X1 and 2 Series Active Tourer with BMW Operating System 9.0.
